With a degree from Johnson & Wales University, I bring a wealth of culinary knowledge to every dish. I graduated magna cum laude from Johnson & Wales University's Charlotte campus in 2016. Prior to COVID, I worked as a Chef Instructor. In addition to teaching, I passed my WSET2 certificate in wine and spirits with Distinction in 2016. Recently I have been perfecting menu planning and development, with a focus on fine dining, creativity and recipe writing.
Most people would say that my speciality is French cooking and desserts. I also specialize in salads and cold foods.
