With a degree from Johnson & Wales University, I bring a wealth of culinary knowledge to every dish. I graduated magna cum laude from Johnson & Wales University's Charlotte campus in 2016. Prior to COVID, I worked as a Chef Instructor, teaching at Sur La Table in South Park. In addition to teaching, I gained experience in bartending and mixology at local Charlotte restaurants and bars. I passed my WSET2 certificate in wine and spirits with Distinction in 2016. During and after COVID, I learned how to cook for people on the vegan diet, special diets, and for people with food allergies. Recently I have been perfecting menu planning and development, with a focus on fine dining, creativity and recipe writing.
Most people would say that my speciality is French cooking and desserts. I also specialize in salads and cold foods.
